Vital launch the Brasserie Abode

Bold hotel brand Abode has rolled out its new brasserie concept, proving that value for money can exist side by side with style.
The Brownswood Hotels Group showcased Brasserie Abode at their boutique hotel in Manchester’s famous city centre.
And it was an atmospheric event managed by Vital Publicity, strongly laden with showbiz guests as befits the home of some of the country’s top TV dramas.
Three hundred and fifty movers and shakers from the city, mingled in the European style brasserie.
Amongst the VIP’s were Coronation Street female lead stars such as Catherine Tyldesley (Eva), Brooke Vincent (Sophie) and Bhavna Limbachia (Rana).
Not to be outdone the men of The Street : Sam Robertson (Adam), Alan Halsall (Tyrone) and Bruno Langley (Todd) joined the hotel staff and other VIP’s toasting the brasserie’s success.
Actresses Lucy Jo Hudson, Holly Jay Bowes and Tisha Merry enjoyed their night out, alongside This Morning presenter Natalie Anderson, who has just landed a role in the stage version of Kay Mellor’s Fat Friends.
Guests were treated to three rousing electro swing sets by talented trio, Girls That Mix – comprising of flamed haired DJ Viva Ems, percussionist Rachel Lasham and guest trumpet player Jack Tinker.
On offer at the bar was Laurent Perrier champagne, a variety of cocktails including french martinis, and some of the North West’s top traditional craft beers.
The dining area has a competitively priced menu including a £12-50 prix fixe section. Brasserie Abode is open all day including Sundays when a traditional Sunday lunch will be on offer.
The Manchester development was overseen by group food and Beverage Director Alan Swinson and General Manager Anthony Powell.
