Jamie is an established actor from Salford, best known for his role on Channel 4’s Hollyoaks as twisted character Warren Fox, and as alchoholic Jake Stone on BBC1’s Eastenders.
The 41 year old has also enjoyed parts on BBC1’s Casualty, Sky One’s Dream Team and ITV’s detective series Blue Murder.
Jamie has recieved many nominations for his acting over the years including ‘Villian of the Year’ and ‘Best Actor’ at the British Soap Awards 2007, 2008 and 2009 .
He has recently filmed a dark and dramatic short film in Los Angeles titled: ‘The Importance of Being Andy’ which is due to premiere at film festivals around the world later this year .
The executive producer on the film is Anne V Coates who was nomianated for 5 Oscars and won one for Lawrence of Arabia, and Tony Broccoli ( son of Cubby Broccoli, the founder of the James Bond empire). The film is directed by James D Hickox.
Talented Jamie’s previous film credits include ‘Eternal Life’ and ‘The Wind that Shakes The Barley’ by Ken Loach.
He is due to re join the Holloays cast in June 2016 as popular character Warren Fox.
41 year old Jamie is a devoted father of two, and a keen fan of Manchester United. He supports the Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital and many youth orientated charities and projects around the city.
